There are currently 75 times as many Airbnb rentals in Killarney compared to long-term rentals.
That's according to analysis carried out by Daft.ie, and published in today's Irish independent.
The research compared long term rentals currently available in the country to Airbnb rentals available for a weekend next month.

It was found that 590 Airbnb rentals were available, in comparison to just 133 long-term lettings.
There are currently 36 long term rentals available in Kerry, according to Daft.ie.
However the number of Airbnbs available in the county for the coming week is over 25 times more, at 915.
