The number of electric vehicles registered in Kerry last month grew 68% on the same period last year.
That's according to the Society of Irish Motor Industry's figures for June.
399 new EVs were registered during the month compared to the previous year's 238.

The Kingdom also saw a 7.64% increase in total registrations with 1790 new vehicles on the road.
