There were 63 adults in homeless accommodation in Kerry at the end of November.
The figures were released by the Department of Housing.
It’s down three compared to the previous month; in October last year there were 66 adults in Kerry accessing emergency accommodation.
In the South-West region, which covers Kerry and Cork, there were 113 families including 233 children, accessing emergency accommodation.
Nationally, the number of people homeless in November is 16,996 which is a record high.
The figures cover from November 24th to 30th and were published in the Department of Housing’s monthly homelessness report.
