There was a 55% jump in the number of Kerry SMEs partaking in the Green for Business programme in a year.
That’s according to the Local Government Climate Action Key Performance Indicators Report 2024.
The Green for Business18 programme was launched in March 2021 and is delivered Kerry County Council’s Local Enterprise Office.

28 businesses in the county took part in the scheme in 2024, up from 18 on the previous year.
Nationally over 2,200 (2,276) enterprises have participated in the programme since its inception.
