There are currently 39 vacant dwellings within the Tralee Municipal District.
According to Kerry County Council, works are ongoing in nine of the dwellings and two have been recently completed awaiting tenant allocation.
The remaining 28 consist of voids which have been either funded, unfunded, fire damage properties awaiting insurance resolution or properties to be retrofitted under the Energy Efficiency Retrofit Programme.
