There were 31 people on trolleys at University Hospital Kerry this morning, according to the INMO's daily TrolleyWatch figures.
22 of the admitted patients were waiting for a bed on trolleys in the emergency department, while a further nine were waiting elsewhere in the hospital.
Nationally, there were 708 people on trolleys, with University Hospital Limerick being the most overcrowded with 89 waiting.
