26 patients waiting on trolleys in UHK

There are 26 patients waiting on trolleys in University Hospital Kerry’s Emergency Department.

That’s according to figures provided by the Irish Nurses and Midwives’ Organisation.

Yesterday, 29 patients were waiting for a bed at UHK.

Nationally today, there are 468 waiting on trolleys.

University Hospital Limerick is the most overcrowded with 52 waiting on trolley.
