25 member of the Kerry branch of the Irish Red Cross were presented with awards by the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality, Norma Foley.
The awards took place at a function in the Grand Hotel, Tralee.
Amongst the recipients were five Tralee Red Cross Youths who completed programmes on various Red Cross related topics.
Fourteen Red Cross members from throughout the county received certificates in Safeguarding Awareness Training following a course recently.
Also recognised on the night were four Kerry Red Cross volunteers who had collectively devoted nearly 200 years of service to the Humanitarian society.
