24 patients have been admitted to University Hospital Kerry (UHK) this morning without a bed to accommodate them.
Of these 17 are waiting on trolleys in the emergency department (ED), while the remaining seven are on trolleys in wards elsewhere in the hospital.
That's according to the INMO's (Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation) daily TrolleyWatch figures.
Nationally, there are 483 inpatients on trolleys, with University Hospital Limerick (UHL) once again being the most overcrowded hospital in the country.
