217 new cases of Covid 19 have been confirmed in the Republic.
It's the highest daily increase in new infections since May.
103 of them are in Dublin, 25 in Kildare, 17 in Limerick, 17 in Tipperary and the remaining cases are spread across 16 other counties.

The official number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Kerry since the start of the pandemic rose by one to 329 this evening.
However, there were no new cases in Kerry reported over the past 24 hours.
The total number of confirmed cases nationwide is now at 29,025.
