17 fixed charge notices have been issued for e-scooter offences in Kerry.
These figures cover from the introduction of e-scooter legislation in May 2024 up to June 10th this year.
Nationally, 461 fixed charge notices for e-scooter offences were issued during this period.
The Dublin Metropolitan Region South had the highest number of such notices issued at 105.
Areas where less than 10 fixed charge notices were handed out were not identified.
The figures were provided by Minister for Justice Jim O’Callaghan following a query from Social Democrats TD Rory Hearne.
