Kerry County Councillor Podge Foley is calling for a fine of €100 to be imposed on people who do not show up to HSE appointments, and fail to cancel in advance.
Independent councillor Podge Foley proposed the fine for people who miss appointments without a valid reason.
He spoke to Treasa Murphy about dealing with 'no-shows'.
