The Labour Party leader says he is disgusted by the lack of immediacy among Government in changing how women impacted by the CervicalCheck controversy are dealt with.
Deputy Alan Kelly’s comment come as Dingle woman Joan Lucey is laid to rest today.
The 73-year-old retired nurse brought a case against the HSE, Clinical Pathology Laboratories Incorporated, and MedLab Pathology Ltd over alleged misreading or misinterpretation or misreporting of her cervical smears taken in February and August 2011.
