Who was Kathy Buckley?

The story of the Listowel woman who worked as Head Cook at The White House under three Presidents. Kathy Buckley’s story has been immortalised in a new book by writer Vincent Carmody. It’s called ‘Kathy White House’ and was launched at the Listowel Food Fair recently by Katie Hannon.
