Old allies Phillip Enright and Robert Tyner took the second of the two-mile five-furlong handicap chases with the five-year-old Kobalt St Georges at Clonmel on Thursday. A 9/2 chance for owner Brendan Keogh, the five-year-old led approaching the final fence to beat Margaret Flynn’s 7/2 shot Toor Moon by two lengths.
Tom Cooper landed a cosy success at Galway on Sunday where the five-year-old Amen Kate took the mares’ maiden hurdle for owners Ciaran Mooney and John Ryan. Ridden by Sam Ewing, the 1/3 favourite made all the running and raced clear from the final hurdle to beat Ross O'Sullivan’s 11/1 shot Rainbow Connection by eight and a half lengths.
