The N21, between Castleisland and Abbeyfeale, has been closed to traffic following a road accident.
The closure will be in place for several hours.
Diversions via Headley's Bridge and Dan Paddy Andy's Cross have been signposted.

It follows a bus going off the road at Ahaneboy in Knocknagoshel.
No injuries have been reported.
