Toastmasters has thriving clubs around Kerry, and as well as improving public speaking, the group also helps people build confidence and make connections in their local communities. Members of the Killarney and Tralee clubs Nikolina Tijardovic and Vicky McCarthy spoke to Amber about the group and the benefits associated with being a member.
