Independent councillor Maura Healy-Rae is asking Kerry County Council to consider developing and progressing 'right-sizing' housing schemes in Kerry to cater for people who want to downsize their house. She says this will free up larger houses for families. She told Treasa what she means by ‘right-sizing’.
