The Inter midfielder is recovering in hospital after he suffered a cardiac arrest.
It was a shocking moment and one that has united fans of all sports.

We were joined by John Galvin, who’s the group coordinator for the Waterville Community First Responders, a defibrillator & CPR group and Derek O Leary who is a CPR instructor in Mid and East Kerry.
We also spoke to two people who have first-hand experience with cardiac arrest.
First, we have Frank O Leary from Cahersiveen, who lost his son to a cardiac arrest 17 years ago.
And a Cullen footballer who suffered a cardiac arrest while playing in a match in the Duhallow region.
Diarmuid O Connell survived after receiving CPR and defibrillator aid on the pitch.
