The Women's Super League is on course to expand to 14 teams from the 2026/27 season.
Shareholders have voted to increase the size of the top flight - but it's still subject to approval from The FA Board.
It will involve three teams being promoted from WSL 2.

The top two will go up automatically - while there will be a play-off between the WSL's bottom side and the team finishing third in WSL 2.
