The North Kerry Hurling Board will celebrate its Centenary this weekend with a number of events.
First up on Friday there will be a Centenary Mass at Lixnaw Church at 7.30pm to be celebrated by former Kerry and Kilmoyley hurler Rev. Maurice Brick.
The G.A.A. President, Jarlath Burns, will be attending the Centenary Banquet at the Rose Hotel on Saturday night and he will also unveil a Commemorative Plaque at Lixnaw G.A.A. Grounds on Sunday at 12 noon.
The North Kerry Hurling Board was founded 100 years ago and its first meeting was held at the Convent Hall, Lixnaw on 13 April 1925.

There's plenty of under-20s football action on offer this evening.
In the Leinster championship, Meath can maintain their perfect start to Group 1, taking on Offaly in Ashbourne.
Also in that group, it's a battle for second between Dublin and Westmeath, who square off at Parnell Park.
Longford and Wicklow are both looking for their first points in Group 2 - the two sides meet in Clonguish.
Wexford and Kildare will duke it out for top spot in Group 3 at Chadwicks Wexford Park.
Carlow are at home to Laois.
