Walsh ratified for fresh two-year term in charge of Mayo

Derek Walsh was last night ratified for a fresh two-year term in charge of the Mayo hurlers.

The Ballyhaunis native led the county's hurlers to Nicky Rackard Cup success in the summer.

Mayo will play in the Christy Ring Cup next year, and will remain in Division 2B of the Allianz Hurling League.
