Vera Pauw has denied all allegations made against her in the recent report of coaching misconduct in the US.
The Republic of Ireland boss has described the allegations as an insult to her personal values and behaviour as coach.
Pauw was named in the report published on Wednesday which investigated historic allegations of the mistreatment of players, when she was in charge of Houston Dash more than four years ago.
