A European trophy and qualification to the Champions League are on the line when Manchester United face Tottenham in the Europa League final tonight.
Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur make history as the lowest-placed teams ever to contest a major European final. In the 2024–25 Premier League season, United finished 16th and Spurs 17th. Their combined league positions (33) mark the worst aggregate domestic finish for any UEFA final.
