A Ukrainian athlete has had his appeal against disqualification from the Winter Olympics dismissed by the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Vladyslav Heraskavych was banned over his helmet, which featured pictures of his countrymen, killed by Russia.
The International Olympic Committee ruled it broke its charter, which has been agreed by competitors.

But he's accused the governing body of being "on the wrong side of history".
