UEFA's decision to ban Russian teams from participating in European competition is set to benefit St Patrick's Athletic.
The Inchicore club is now set to enter the Europa Conference League at the second round stage, as opposed to the first round.
Pats won last season's FAI Cup and finished second in the SSE Airtricity League Premier Division.

UEFA has also thrown Russia out of this summer's women's European Championships in England.
