The Republic of Ireland under-21s suffered a major blow to their hopes of qualifying for the 2027 European Championships last night.
Jim Crawford's side slumped to a 4-nil defeat to Andorra, which comes off the back of a 2-nil defeat to England on Friday night.
Earlier, the Irish under-17s exited the World Cup in Qatar after a 3-1 defeat to Switzerland in the last 16.
