Tyrone and Laois will contest next month's All-Ireland Intermediate Ladies Football final.
Emma Lawlor and Mo Nerney scored two goals each as Laois overcame Monaghan by 5-7 to 1-12 at Pearse Park.
Tyrone edged out Westmeath by 4-17 to 4-14 after extra-time in the other semi-final.
