Two more Irish crews are in action this morning at the World Rowing Championships in the Czech Republic .

First into the water, Galway pair Katie O'Brien and Steven McGowan go in their heat of the para mixed double sculls.

Then, Lydia Heaphy competes in the first repechage of the women's singles sculls.
