Garvey’s Tralee Warriors face uncertainty over their National League Semi-Final as they await confirmation of their opponent following a scoring error in another quarter-final clash.
The confusion arose when a two-point basket by Neptune in the first quarter was incorrectly allocated to UCC Demons. Despite correcting the points for Neptune at half-time, officials failed to deduct the original points given to Demons.
The National League Committee acknowledged human error and decided that the game will be replayed this weekend at UCC Demons' home venue, with the exact date and time yet to be confirmed.
