Those who have not tried hurling before are always very welcome to come along and give it a go. Hurleys and helmets will be supplied by the club for the first few weeks.

To the parents, your support from day one, both on and off the field, means everything. To everyone who contributed to our fundraisers , thank you for helping us get there. A special word of thanks to our Féile gear sponsors Bon Secours Hospital Tralee and O' Connell's Pharmacy the girls looked fantastic and wore the gear with pride.
A huge thank you to the Chute, Hennessy and Harris families for their generous donations, to local businesses Garyowen Transport and Meadowlands Hotel Tralee who supported our fundraiser, and to our local representatives Minister Norma Foley, TDs Pa Daly and Danny Healy Rae, and Cllrs Paul Daly and Fionnan Fitzgerald for their support of our Féile table quiz booklet.

Minor Hurling

Our minors came out on top after a titanic league semi-final clash with Ballyduff last Wednesday night. Two familiar foes delivered yet another epic: fierce, physical, and full of drama. In a game where neither side backed down, the Parnells squad dug deep and showed real grit to secure a 1-18 to 3-15 win.
Just like our senior men on Sunday, they showed incredible heart, determination, and real pride in the club jersey. There were some serious stand out performances that evening but Cian Harris in goals; a wall between the posts, pulling off a string of stunning saves in the final moments to keep Ballyduff out, in his first game back after a serious hand injury is worthy of special mention. The team will now face Crotta O'Neills in the final on Wednesday of this week in Austin Stack park at 7pm. Best of luck to the payers and management and we hope to see a great turnout to support the boys

Senior Hurling
Our Senior Hurlers had a tough ask when they faced the county champions Abbeydorney on Saturday evening in Austin Stack Park. They finished with a loss, but it was a historic year nonetheless as it was our first season to get Kerry County Senior Hurling Championship points on the board. Rome was not built in a day. This is not the end of the Parnells remarkable journey. Just another milestone on the road to re-establish Tralee at the heart of Kerry hurling, like the original Parnells did 100 years ago. From starting an underage club in 2012, to fielding under 14, 16 and minor teams, to winning the county Féile and representing Kerry hurling nationally on the Féile stage, to securing senior club status and winning the under 21, the revival of our skillful oldest national game continues to progress in the town. Ní neart go cur le chéile. Pairnéalaigh Abú.
