U8 Hurling
Our Under 8's had their third blitz of the year on Saturday morning at Dr. Crokes Killarney. The boys and girls displayed great hurling skills and performed brilliantly in all three matches. The management team are very proud of how much they have improved. Keep up the practice at home. Training continues at the usual time and venue on Friday evening.
U12 Hurling
Well done to our U-12 boys team who played Abbeydorney in Abberdorney on Saturday morning in a very competitive game with all the players showing improvement as each week goes by. Thank you to Abbeydorney for organising and to Donnacha Buttimer for refereeing the match.
Academy Training
The club Academy training for U6s to U12s continues every Friday evening with U6s, U8s and U10s from 6 to 7pm at Caherslee (V92X025). Those who have not tried hurling before are always very welcome to come along and give it a go. Hurleys and helmets will be supplied by the club for the first few weeks.
Féile na Gaeil
Fundraising continues to send our Under 15 Camogie squad to Wexford to represent Kerry at the Féile na Gaeil All Ireland finals at the end of June. The Parnells girls will play in Division 3 where they will meet Four Roads (Roscommon), Burren Rangers (Carlow) and St Patrick’s Cullyhanna (Armagh). CPR Training
The club will hold a CPR training course on the 11th and 18th June from 7 until 9pm. The course is open to all club members of 16 years of age or older. To book a place contact Lynda on 087 282 0448
