A final-quarter surge saw the Premier County beat Clare by 3-19 to 1-20 at the Gaelic Grounds.
Last year's beaten finalists Dublin will get the chance to go one step further in the Leinster under-20 Hurling final next week.
The Dubs were 2-18 to 17 points winners over Galway in last night's semi-final in Tullamore.
They'll face Kilkenny in next Wednesday's decider, after they beat Laois by 26 points to 1-9 in Portlaoise.
