Rory McIlroy says the form of European golfers heading into this year's Ryder Cup is promising.
Norway's Viktor Hovland took the FedExCup title with victory at the season-ending Tour Championship and will join McIlroy as part of captain Luke Donald's team in Rome.
McIlroy says he can't wait.
