Former Spanish FA president Luis Rubiales will testify at the National Court in Madrid on Friday in relation to his kiss of forward Jenni Hermoso at the Women's World Cup final.
State prosecutors have accused him of sexual assault.
Rubiales - who resigned from his position on Sunday - says Hermoso consented to the kiss.
