One of the pre-tournament favourites Spain were left frustrated in their opening game of Euro 2020 last night.
Luis Enrique’s side were held to a scoreless draw by Sweden in Seville.
Although it was an entertaining encounter neither side could make a breakthrough.
Slovakia are now the surprise leaders in Group E.
They defeated Poland 2-1 in the evening kick off in St Petersburg.
A Wojciech Szczesny own goal gave Slovakia a 1-0 lead at half time but a goal inside the first minute of the second half from Karol Linetty had Poland level.
Milan Skriniar put the Slovaks 2-1 up after 70 minutes and they held on to a huge win for them in group E.
