Sinner Cleared After 2 Positive Anit-Doping Offences

World tennis number one Jannik Sinner has been cleared of anti-doping offences after twice testing positive for the banned substance clostebol.

It's been found the substance was accidentally transferred to him by his physiotherapist.

The Italian will still lose his 400 rankings points from the Indian Wells tournament, where the first test took place, as well as his prize money.
