Johnny Sexton has been ruled out of Ireland's Six Nations clash with France on Saturday.

The captain sustained a hamstring strain in training yesterday - though it's not believed to be overly serious.

Munster's Joey Carbery has been promoted to start at out-half in the only change to the team that beat Wales last week.

Leinster's James Ryan will captain the side in Sexton's absence.

Robbie Henshaw, Iain Henderson and Jack Carty are all included amongst the replacements.
