Russina And Belarusian Paralympians Banned From Opening And Closing Ceremonies

Russian and Belarusian athletes competing as neutrals at this year's Paralympic Games will not be allowed to march in the opening or closing ceremonies in Paris.

 

Strict criteria's been published due to bans on both countries - imposed due to the invasion of Ukraine.

The I-P-C has taken a harder stance than the International Olympic Committee - who will allow neutrals to participate in ceremonies.
