Derby manager Wayne Rooney insists no deal has been completed for Festy Ebosele to move to Udinese.
The Serie A side were reported to have agreed a deal to sign the Republic of Ireland international in the summer.
But Rooney says they hope to be able to offer Ebosele a new deal at Pride Park.
