Keith Ricken has stepped down from his role as Cork senior football manager due to health reasons.
John Cleary had overseen Cork’s championship campaign in Ricken’s absence this summer, guiding them to an All Ireland quarter-final.
Cleary will be put forward as full-time successor at the next County Committee meeting, when a three-year term will be rubber-stamped.
