Report Keane has held first formal meeting about Sunderland job

Roy Keane has reportedly held his first formal meeting about the managerial vacancy at Sunderland.

The former Republic of Ireland favourite is the frontrunner to replace Lee Johnson, who was sacked by the English League One club last weekend.

Keane got Sunderland promoted to the Premier League in 2007, but quit little over a year later.
