Energy drinks firm Red Bull says it wants to "elevate rugby to new heights" after taking full ownership of Prem side Newcastle.
The club have also been renamed from Newcastle Falcons to Newcastle Red Bulls.
Steve Diamond will remain as director of rugby with their first match of the new season at home to Saracens on the 26th of September.
