Prize money for Women's World Cup increased

The prize money for this year's Women's World Cup has been increased to 150 million dollars.

It represents an increase of 200 per cent from the last tournament in 2019.

It still remains considerably lower than the 440 million dollars awarded at the men's tournament in Qatar.
