Chelsea boss Graham Potter says everyone at the club is backing Marc Cucurella to get back to his best.
The defender, who arrived at Stamford Bridge for a large fee at the start of the season, has come under scrutiny from the team's fans recently.
But Potter insists Cucurella is working hard to improve.
