Britain's Lewis Hamilton has secured his first pole position in the red of Ferrari.
He broke the lap record in Shanghai to ensure he'll start the sprint race at Formula One's Chinese Grand Prix from the front.
Defending world champion Max Verstappen will go from second for Red Bull, with McLaren's Oscar Piastri in third.
