Former Arsenal winger Marc Overmars has left his director of football affairs role at Ajax after he sent a series of inappropriate messages to female colleagues.
He has apologised for his actions, saying he didn't realise he was "crossing the line".
The Dutch club have expressed their regret to the women who've had to deal with the "devastating behaviour" from Overmars, with more attention needed in creating a "safe working environment."
