Organising committee says Olympic cancellation can't be ruled out

The head of the Tokyo 2020 organising committee has not ruled out a last minute cancellation of the Olympics.

Japan's capital is in a state of coronavirus emergency - and the decision to hold the Games has not been universally popular with residents.

Events start tomorrow - with the opening ceremony on Friday.

Toshiro Muto says if the situation escalates, officials will meet again.
