Novak Djokovic's dad has revealed his son is unlikely to play at January's Australian Open, if rules on coronavirus vaccines aren't relaxed.

Organisers have insisted all players must be double jabbed to take part in the first tennis Grand Slam of year.

Djokovic hasn't revealed his vaccination status, but his father Serjan has told a Serbian TV show, 'it's a personal right'.
