Listowel took the honours in the replay of the North Kerry Senior Football Championship final, sponsored by McMunns Bar and restaurant Ballybunion.
In Ballylongford they overcame Knocknagoshel 2-18 to 2-7.
Emmets started stronger, Aaron Kennelly netting and Darragh Lynch pointing. That gave them a 4 point advantage inside 4 minutes. Knocknagoshel hit back with 3 unanswered points and trailed 1-1 to 0-3 after 16 minutes. 2 points in the following 3 minutes had Listowel 3 clear. A brace of Eddie Healy points extended the Listowel lead to 1-5 to 0-3 with 24 minutes on the clock. A Sam Tarrant two pointer in the final minute meant Listowel led by double scores at 1-7 to 0-5. At half time it was 1-8 to 0-6 in favour of Listowel.
3 minutes into the second period a Darragh Lynch 2 pointer put Listowel 7 up. After Listowel went 8 ahead, two Knocknagoshel goals in two minutes had them down by just 2. Those strikes made it 1-11 to 2-6 after 51 minutes. However, Listowel responded in the best way possible, a Pa Walsh goal a minute later increasing their advantage to 5. It was now 2-11 to 2-6 entering the closing 8 minutes. Listowel stayed on top, registering 5 unanswered points to move out of sight. They won by 11.
